Exchange and returns

EASY NO FUSS EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

To obtain an exchange or refund items must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Refunds are offered on full priced items placed online within 14 days of payment, given the tax invoice can be produced. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with original tags attached. If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.

Items purchased on sale (permanently marked down items on sale) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email cindy@arksportswear.com.au in advance with the below information. If the style you require is out of stock an online credit note or refund will be issued.

ARK Sportswear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by ARK Sportswear, a replacement item will be posted where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival to head office.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. a) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  2. b) ARK Sportswear will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  3. c) If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt.

  1. d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  2. e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, ARK Sportswear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns with tracking.
  3. f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
